For those who have many watchers, and for those who dont have many, it is hard to know how one retains that interest as well as receive more. This article explores the basics of watchers and how we react to certain situations. only thing i can suggest is higher contrast... im getting a bit repetetive, but thats about all i can suggest.
unfortunately again i cant look at the fullview because of the size... perhaps in photoshop - or more specifically your scanner program - perhaps you could adjust the scan resolution/dpi/magnification... its got a lot of names. If no luck there, try[in photoshop] going image>image size...> then reduce your images dimensions so they are about 1000pixels high.
congratz on the proportion, i cant commend it enough or understate its importance.

while i was inspecting the eyes, i noticed that thhere's not much of a transition to the side of the face next to the right eye; it looks like it's on the same plane as the side of the face when it's really not... it's almost perpendicular (if you could really be perpendicular to the rounded front of the head. it's hard to describe, but what i mean is that there's really no separation from the rounded front of the head and the flat side, which starts right next to the eye socket. well, you did shade the cheek, which is good, but around the hairline, it's back to flat.)
more shading would fix this. i would recommend more contrast in it anyway...
i've never seen rose mcgawan look so damn innocent!
but anyway, you drew a gorgeous girl in this picture!
